Text messages from Lucy

Lucy Media is a text-message service for small businesses. You send her a photo, she writes the post, you approve it by text. This page explains exactly what we send, how you start, and how you stop.

How to start

You text us first. There is no other way in — we never add anyone to our messaging, and buying a subscription does not start any messages. Lucy stays silent until you text her.

What Lucy sends you

Replies to messages you send us:

• A preview of the post she has written, for you to approve
• A confirmation once a post you approved has gone up
• Answers to your questions

Service reminders are separate, and we ask first

There is one other kind of message: a reminder when something needs your attention, such as a social media connection about to expire. We ask you during setup whether you want these, and NO is a real answer. If you say no, everything else works exactly the same — you lose nothing.

You can change your mind at any time: reply QUIET to switch reminders off, or NOTICES to switch them back on. Both leave the rest of the service untouched.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages from Lucy. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@lucy.media.
